# Network Connectivity

The default configuration specifies that Interface 1 must be connected to the property's primary network, providing essential internet access and enabling communication with all devices included in the integration scope. Interface 2 is reserved to support secondary or auxiliary networks, facilitating additional integration services or accommodating specialized **neuro**edge™ gateway configurations tailored to unique project requirements. This structured connectivity approach ensures flexibility, security, and reliable operation within diverse network environments.
