  Users can now be configured to *view* whether an issue has been acknowledged without having permission to acknowledge it themselves.

* **Energy/Utility Module (Mock Data)**\
  A new Energy/Utility module is now available with mock data accessible to system users.
* **Updated Help Links**\
  All help links in Neuro now direct users to the official GitBook documentation.
* **History Export as PNG**\
  Users can now export history data as PNG images for easy sharing and reporting.
