# Device Issues

## Device

At the top of the page, you will see an image of the device, the device type, device location, device issues, and other device specific information.

## Active Issues

Lists the following device specific information:

* Priority
* Issue Type
* Last detected
* Duration
* Status

**Filters:** Upper right corner\
Can filter any of the listed info

## Resolved Issues

Lists the following device specific information:

* Priority
* Issue Type
* First Detected
* Last detected
* Duration
* Status

Can filter any of the listed info
