  • Acknowledge Issue Permission Levels Users can now be configured to view whether an issue has been acknowledged without having permission to acknowledge it themselves.

  • Enhanced Filters, Groups, and Sidebar Functionality Improved navigation and filtering options for a more streamlined user experience.

  • Energy/Utility Module (Mock Data) A new Energy/Utility module is now available with mock data accessible to system users.

  • History Export as PNG Users can now export history data as PNG images for easy sharing and reporting.
