Welcome to Overview! Here’s a simple guide to help you understand the information you see:

What’s on the Dashboard?

  • Overview of Scores Each card reports a KPI score ranging from 0 to 100 and to show how well the building is performing:

    • Green Bar: Good

    • Yellow Bar: Warning

    • Red Bar: Critical

  • Card Overview Each card consists of an overall KPI score, account average, industry average, and a list of issues. Below the cards, there is a graph of the changing scores over the last 30 days

    • Network Card

    • Efficiency Card )

    • Comfort Card

    • Operations Card

  • Building performance Reviews the same information broken down into the individual selected buildings and lists their KPI scores and number of issues

  • Filters: Upper right corner Can filter any of the listed info
